Bonus Workout - Free to ALL wrestlers

Free Bonus Practice - Saturday, October 21st from 10:00am until 2:00pm.  Avail to all wrestlers (Darkhorse Members and Non-Darkhorse Members).

Detailed Practice Schedule

10:00 - 10:30   Warm up, stance and motion, skill drills, hand fighting

10:30 - 11:45   Sparring, instruction, and drilling from specific positions including but not limited to split the middle, shin whizzer, crack down, short offense/FHL, and shot defense

11:45 - 12:30    Lunch Break

12:30 - 1:00      Riding and scoring from top

1:00 - 1:30        Scoring from bottom and defending specific positions, legs, bars, tilts, crab-ride and cradles

1:30 - 2:00        Live situations, transitional drilling, cool down and stretch

Discussion and Q&A on weight management and mental preparation will be held during the day.
